The van moof fits nicely onto the land cruiser rack, but it's too big for isabel. The super 73 is isabelle sized but too heavy for the land. Cruiser rack and too heavy for isabel to load into the tacoma sure just throw the bikes into the back of the tacoma, exploit the spirited man's muscles. But then the bikes get all tangled and that's just gross plus.
It doesn't solve the too heavy for isabel problem through several weeks of obsessing over this situation. This spirited man has innovated a solution by implementing the use of six relatively inexpensive products. This bike, rack from amazon, miraculously fits perfectly into the tacoma bed. Okay, so the fat wheels of the super 73 don't fit into the skinny rack slots.
You got ta use a step bit to bore out new ones and fashion a wider brace plate from the extras included with the rack, but that's the bulk of the labor on this one drill and tap holes for the d-rings. Don't worry, it will hold and the real breakthrough find this aluminum ramp holds 400 pounds weighs 18. urethane bungees best of species amazon loop 1 through the stock bed anchor one around a d-ring, then through the frame of the van move and hook it to both anchors. As we say in the motorcycle business that ain't going nowhere, okay, the super 73 goes up.
The ramp into the rack last strap a little too tight, then pull the handlebars to compress the tire for tension ain't going nowhere. Can she do it on her own? So yes, yes, she can ramp 7120 amazon, rack, 5254 amazon, lash, straps 20 amazon fisherman loop, things 10 bucks at home depot for the stainless ones; d-rings 10 bucks at home, depot bungees 1960 from amazon, 183, 34 and one day of your life to build it. You.
Get Isabel a helmet. Also: can you shill a bit less for Amazon? Isn't there a spirited (wo)man at a hardware store nearby that you can support? Local merchants need spirited customers.
Don’t forget the 3/8ths tap! Ohh and 2 more cause your gonna break the first one. Ohh and a tap extractor set!
I did some spirited man stuff to my ebike itself, but the spiritedness in me makes me want to improve upon it.
In Europe, we call those racks wheel benders, but they’re also disc brakes rotors benders, spoke benders and derrailleur benders 🙂
Anyway! Your videos are beginning to grow on me!
thumbs up for inspirited Isabel that she can use the work of her spirited man, and yeah…… a Super 73 is heavy to lift.
That last scene of the entire family (their son in the middle of dad's arms)…. BEAUTIFUL.
Could someone tell me what music is used in his videos? Does he make it himself? If so, please atleast tell me there is a genre connected to it!
America needs the spirited man to be in charge of its infrastructure. Fun fact….one in four bridges in USA are officially fucked.
Now all you need is … helmets. Compulsory in Australia. It looks odd when I see people riding without helmets now. I know, we're down trodden socialist losers with no liberty. And far fewer road trauma patients.
funny Casey's older brother got a Tacoma… it was durable so Casey bought a Tacoma… I also live in Tacoma
in sheet metal use a form tap instead of a cutting tap, perfect strong threads with no swarf.
That bike is too small for her. Also, no helmets? I thought details mattered around here.
Yep, motorcyclists have been loading bikes in trucks this way since the beginning of… well… both! 😉
Edit: The neighborhood looks neat. I don't know enough about LA yet, but I wanna say [redacted by commenter]. 🙂
