The spirited man knows he is a spirited man. You could say this is the definition of a spirited man. Same goes for the spirited woman, the spirited man knows he is a spirited man. All children are spirited.
This little guy learned to walk about eight weeks ago and he'll walk nearly a mile today, when children lose their spirit, they're no longer children. Also all dogs are spirited. The term-spirited man was probably coined by this spirited man in this book, though he doesn't specifically define it. This particular spirited man read this book when this particular spirited man got to the spirited man part of this book.
This particular spirited man thought to himself yeah. That's me: i'm like that. A spirited man is what i am and a spirited man is what i want to be. I am a spirited man and here's one of the things the spirited man, mr crawford, said about the spirited man in general.
He said spiritedness then may be allied with the spirit of inquiry through a desire to be master of one's own stuff. It is the prideful basis of self-reliance. It is characteristic of the spirited man that he takes an expansive view of the boundary of his own stuff, and this particular spirited man read these words about spirited men in general and thought. Yes, indeed, that is the mark of a spirited man, and that is who i want to be, but there is more to the spirited man there's more to him, what more than what of the spirited woman? What of her? You.
I know that i am not a spirited man, not because i see what he can do and compare whether or not i could do that, but because i know what i want to do… and its not what he’s doing.
This is nihilistic drivel!! Proverbs 20:27 "The spirit of man is the candle of the LORD, searching all the inward parts", and we find "I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing"(Romans7:18). If you wish to be spiritual read John's Gospel chapter 3 carefully, and consider what Jesus said: "Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God"(v5)
You said that when a child loses his spirit, he is no longer a child which implies that an adult does not have a spirit since adult is not a child and not being a child means that one does not has a spirit.
Master of your mind and body. Self actualized and ready to spark the spirit of others.
I told my wife last night how dogs have the healing brilliance/radiance of god/the sun last night. Also tried to spark her to take some hours off of work. Take back her time and do something wonderful with it.

I am full of spirit from time to time, from day to day, night to night. During the times I‘m not gifted with spirit I feel like an empty shell. Can’t move, feeling stuck. Looking forward being lit with spirit again.
Ok – so this is the 3Ted of these that the almighty youtube algorithm brought me to – interesting that what came to mind watching the second – thoughts about women – was Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance
"Spirited" man sounds like lot of NARSCISTIC and EGOISTIC. Answer is no. I would like to be the opposite of continously REPEATING how f "Spirited" I am.
I find myself also being a “Spirited Man”. I just thought that I was obsessing on details but thins description of yours helps put things in perspective for me. Thank you 😁
This spirited man watched The spirited man’s video about the spirited man who coined the term “spirited man”.

After 2 years of age, sadly, children are introduced to social mores/rules & lose most of their spirit! Children are born with exquisite psychic abilities & then society works to kill those very abilities so that they can join their "herd" of obeyance. Another book worth reading, if you haven't already, is "Zen & The Art of Motorcycle Maintenance". About how when you work on other things, you're actually working on yourself! In todays society, you're never told to work on yourself, you're just supposed to "fit in". How sad!
What if you're really an un-spirited man and you're stuck in this loop, like an npc in a video game that can't complete a sentence without reminding everyone how spirited you are.
